Is fat free really healthy?

We have been made to believe that FAT is bad for us ...especially those of us who are struggling to maintain a healthy weight. So there are myriads of 'fat free' foods available for our consumption; when foods are completely fat free it is usually loaded with sugar ( to improve the taste) and other additives ( to boost the texture) so it can still be as tasty as the full fat version.

I weighed in

At 86kg.......meaning I have added 4kg since last week or is it my scale playing tricks on me? Check my last week post to understand.....

Anyway I am still forging on, my exercise these days is 1hour 45minutes daily walk pushing the stroller and strength training using dumbbells.

Weigh in as at Day 154 of 360 Days Weight Loss Challenge

Today I weighed in at

82.0kg .......which means I have lost 5.6 kg since last week......

I keep wondering if my scale is malfunctioning.......my only consolation is that my pre pregnancy clothes are now my size although some are still tight. 
My exercise routine one and a half hours of walking pushing baby in a stroller and using dumbbells for strength training and muscle toning.

I am about 12kg to the finish line now...........

87.8kg .......which means I have lost 1.6 kg since last week......

The only thing I have done differently is to change my exercises to just using dumbbells for muscle toning and strength training.

Slowly but surely I will get there..........#smile#

  I am on a sort of vacation and don't have access to the gymn so all I do is walk and healthy eating; as a result of this , I have decided to update my weight as soon as I get back home. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping I don't add weight even if I don't loose.....Hmmnnnn.....It is well.

Are you regularly constipated?

 Constipation occurs when faeces stay too long in the large intestines and too much water is absorbed from it making the process of passing it out painful with the 'poop' dry.

   It is very unhealthy to retain this putrid faecal matter in our large intestines for long  seeing that we cannot reach in to clean the place......and we should not strain or hold our breadth to poo-poo.

Weight loss and your health

Being overweight is gone beyond just looks.....it is the conducive atmosphere we are creating in our bodies for debilitating illnesses that is scary.

    As I slowly but steadily loose weight I feel my energy level soaring and the knee pain I have felt since I put to bed is starting to get better......all this are the dividends of exercising.
