Weigh in as at Day 140 of 360 Days weight loss Challenge

Today I weighed in at

87.8kg .......which means I have lost 1.6 kg since last week......

The only thing I have done differently is to change my exercises to just using dumbbells for muscle toning and strength training.

Slowly but surely I will get there..........#smile#

                                                             RICE MILK.

Rice milk is a diary free milk derived commonly from Brown rice and it is usually unsweetened. This milk is made from Brown rice cooked in water and strained........Commercial brands are usually fortified with some essential vitamins, calcium and iron.

My grudge with 'swallow'.......

As a West African one of the staple foods we inherited from our forefathers is mashed/ pounded starchy prepared food that we get to eat with our fingers.

 These food items are mostly made onto small bolus and swallowed with accompanying oily soups

Weigh in as at Day 112 of 360 Days weight loss Challenge

In order to keep up with my normal Thursday weight loss progress update, I weighed in today at
