Train your tastebuds to like healthy food.

As we start another week , let us remember that a little compromise in terms of unhealthy food choices goes a long way to set us back on this weight loss / healthy lifestyle journey.
                                 


    Let us try to cultivate a taste for fresh fruits and different types of vegetables.
                                         
                             
  Remember that all the tastes we know now are all learnt so we CAN unlearn them and choose food wisely for the best possible nutrition and long term disease prevention and possibly reversal.

  2. It's gonna be hard, u know. With this fast-paced life we're living and less investment in agriculture. But I believe it can be done sha,just need to have self-control

  3. Nothing good comes easy... we just need to put in a little more effort by paying more attention to what we eat because the benefits cannot be bought with money.

    Once you do it for a while it becomes a habit and lifestyle.

    If you live in your own property you can start gardening if you have the time or inclination; or better still get your domestic servants on it. (eg gate keeper)
