And four other things.............

I was exercising for 30 minutes 5 days a week........From my earlier experience of weight loss (before this baby making business lol) the first week has the most impact in terms of the weight loss.


 It is said most of the weight loss comes from water not really fat.....well .....whatever; it is at least exciting and encouraging to see the scale move back....lol.

 Since the weight was not gained 'overnight' we cannot loose it in a week or two HENCE the challenge being for 360 days. A 2 or 3 kg a month weight loss is healthy.

If you want to try my style may I suggest you shuffle the order to.......juice or smoothie for breakfast....the cooked meal for lunch and salad for dinner and except you are breastfeeding you might need to make the portions smaller.
