You are What you Eat.....Check out yourself in this ' Mirror'

  It's time take stock and examine our food diaries / journals for the purpose of assessing HOW MUCH HAS REALLY CHANGED since January.......



 The generally recommended portions of fruits and Vegetables ( by nutritionists ) daily is 5 a day. We can thus be able to get a varied and healthy diet.

   How much of these have you consumed in 3 months?

                                     

These foods are available even in Africa.....no matter where you are.....just pay more attention to what you ingest.

Look at the entries in your diary.....Do you still eat too much cooked food? As much as possible we need to eat fresh and green daily...( meaning fruits and vegetables )

Do you still indiscriminately consume  baked foods and sugary treats? Are you still sort of addicted to salty crisps and chips?

We have only one body and the need to protect our health cannot be over emphasized.....Did I hear you say God is the one protecting me......

THEN you do a study of the dietary laws of Moses.....THEN you will encounter discipline and cleanliness that was required of the ancient Isrealites.....

Shake yourself out of this unhealthy lifestyle.......unleash the potentials within you......and rediscover yourself.
