Juicing....the key to easy weight loss?

Juicing extracts liquid from from fruits and vegetables separating it from the fiber. It is a fun way to get in your recommended daily allowance of fresh fruits and vegetables especially if you don't really like eating them.

    Since fruits are best eaten on an empty stomach, we can have freshly extracted juice for breakfast or we combine juice and smoothies. (using the juice as a base for the smoothie )

  The resultant liquid from juicing keeps most of the phytonutrients in the fruits and vegetables. Regular intake of fresh extracted juice can aid weight loss if it is part of a healthy and calorie controlled diet.
   It is also said to have the potential of disease reversal if taken in the right portion and at the right time.

      You can have a juice fast for 2-3 days or more to jumpstart weight loss or give your systems time to rest while fuelling your body right down to the cellular level with raw and nutritionally dense 'food'.   • Red grapes.....250 g  
  • Pink grapefruit......1 medium sized.  
  • Carrots...................3   
  • Kiwi.........................2 ( optional) 
  • Ugwu / Kale.......................1 small bunch
  • Ginger........................3 inch size
All juiced together...........
