What are you waiting for?

 January has rolled by and you have still not implemented any of your resolutions to take charge of your health.
                   



 You still feed your body junk at will and with relish......You have not done any extra physical activity to get fit and possibly loose weight.........yet you read this blog constantly.

 Our Yoruba fore fathers said ....." if we use 20years to prepare for madness when exactly  will he  go berserk ?"

    Procrastination is said to be the thief of time..Why are you allowing your time to be stolen?
     
  I am doing it...albeit painfully and slowly BUT I am making progress so anyone CAN do it.
     
          Start making changes in your health, lifestyle and diet and stop giving excuses and feeling sorry for yourself.......When you get fit and the excess weight comes off, it will boost your self esteem and outlook to life generally........ I have experienced it before and I am gradually feeling like myself again.

     Remember, it is more expensive to have health issues as a result of long term unhealthy diet and lifestyle.
