Weigh in as @ day 21 of 360 days weight loss challenge


Today I weighed in
at 97.4 kg..........I have gone back 1 belt hole too.....

     Ponder on this : 
Aim at the sun, and you may not reach it; but your arrow will fly far higher than if aimed at an object on a level with yourself.
