Is fat free really healthy?

We have been made to believe that FAT is bad for us ...especially those of us who are struggling to maintain a healthy weight. So there are myriads of 'fat free' foods available for our consumption; when foods are completely fat free it is usually loaded with sugar ( to improve the taste) and other additives ( to boost the texture) so it can still be as tasty as the full fat version.

Weigh in as at Day 182 of 360 Days weight loss Challenge

I am so sorry I can't check my weight today because my scale is faulty .....Will just keep on till DH fixes it......
